The NOMARA Kids website is operated by Krinush Lifescience Pvt. Ltd., Doddakannelli, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (“NOMARA”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and the policies linked from the store.

If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order. Products may be intended for children, but purchases and website accounts should be managed by an adult parent, guardian or authorised purchaser.

Please provide current and accurate information and keep account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity through your account unless you notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use.

4. Prices, payments and promotions

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and include or exclude taxes as stated at checkout. Delivery charges, discounts and the final payable amount are shown before you confirm an order. Promotional codes, gifts and offers may have separate eligibility dates, minimum values, product exclusions or usage limits. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied after an order has been completed.

5. Orders and acceptance

An order acknowledgement confirms that we received your request; it does not always mean the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when the order is confirmed for fulfilment or dispatched. We may contact you to verify details or may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment is unsuccessful, information appears incorrect, fraud is suspected, a pricing error is obvious or fulfilment is not reasonably possible.

If we cancel an order after successful payment, we will initiate the applicable refund to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times are outside our direct control.

6. Delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds

Delivery estimates are not absolute guarantees and can be affected by location, courier capacity, public holidays, weather, access restrictions or other events beyond reasonable control. Ownership and risk pass as provided by applicable law and the delivery arrangement.

We may remove content that is misleading, abusive, unlawful, promotional spam or unrelated to the product or discussion.
